Little Reader's Book Club: 1000 Books before Kindergarten

 headerforbeanstack

Engaging the littlest reader is simple: read a book- any book- to your infant, toddler or preschooler. The goal is to read 1000 books before they start Kindergarten. It’s easy! If you read just one book a night, you will have read 365 books in a year, 730 books in two years and 1,095 books in three years!

Reading with your child is so important- not only does it kick start their love of reading, it provides a great opportunity for bonding, creating life long memories for both of you.

To participate in our Little Reader’s Book club, login to your Beanstack account and track the titles of the books that you read with your child.  You will earn badges along the way, and a very special prize once your little reader has completed the program.

To get started, take a look at this list from 1000 Books Before Kindergarten of books your child should hear before they start school.
