Do you have questions about mental health, addictions or social services in Oxford County? You can meet with a supportive and caring CMHA staff member who is knowledgeable about mental health and addiction concerns. This person knows what services are available and how to connect you with them. Common questions one might ask are:
CMHA Staff will provide information and education to be able to connect you to a range of resources in our community, including the various programs and services offered in Oxford County and beyond.
Book a 30-minute session with a librarian to cover a variety of topics, including (but not limited to) downloading eBooks and eAudiobooks, navigating hand-held devices, researching in our local history collection, hands-on tutorials for our online resources, such as Ancestry, NoveList, Hoopla, RBDigital Magazines, Freegal, etc. You decide what you would like to discuss. Choose from the following times:

Have you ever wanted to write fiction, craft a memoir or write poetry? Would you like feedback, encouragement and the chance to share with other writers? Then, join our newly formed writer's circle--open to all ages from teen to senior. The group will meet the first and third Wednesdays of the month. No registration required.
