HUB Program

Wednesdays, May 2, 9, 16, 23, 30     1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Do you have questions about mental health, addictions or social services in Oxford County? You can meet with a supportive and caring CMHA staff member who is knowledgeable about mental health and addiction concerns. This person knows what services are available and how to connect you with them. Common questions one might ask are:

  • What is mental health?
  • Where do I go if I'm struggling?
  • What supports are in Oxford County?
  • Or any other questions you might have.

CMHA Staff will provide information and education to be able to connect you to a range of resources in our community, including the various programs and services offered in Oxford County and beyond.
